Notes: Another version of Suzy Quilts' beautiful, modern design. This is a high-end quilt showing a considerable skill level, with its half and quarter circles and curves, sharp star points and carefully irregular inserts. Precise sewing of these elements takes practice, time and care. I refer to this quilt as "16 Sunsets" as I was inspired by the view from my west-facing, mountain studio. Machine quilted with hand-finished binding. As well as sofa and bed throws, this quilt also makes a striking wall-hanging.
